Over 10 years ago, I was a student at the Oregon Culinary Institute in downtown Portland, OR. That was the start of a long journey (figuratively and literally) of being a pastry chef, a barista, an au pair in Germany, and a glorified busser setting tables for large scale events that led me to deepen my roots right where I started to create my own business with everything I had learned under my belt. That's how Infinity Northwest Events was born.
